Offenses Involving Insurance; specifies information to be included in crash report; provides additional fee for certain offenses re insurance crimes; prohibits medical directors from referring specified patients to certain clinics for specified medical examinations & tests; provides criminal penalty for knowingly transacting insurance without license; provides limitation on retroactive assumption of certain coverages & liabilities, etc. Amends FS.
