GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Care ; Peaden
Rural Hospitals; revises purpose & functions of Rural Health Office in DOH; establishes requirements for membership in & for funding rural health networks; establishes performance standards for said networks; deletes requirement that AHCA adopt rule re deactivation of rural hospital beds under certain circumstances; authorizes DOH to award grants for remaining funds to financially distressed rural hospitals, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $15,360,475.
