Labor Pools; provides limit on amount labor pool may charge laborer for transportation to or from designated worksite; authorizes labor pool to provide day laborers with method of obtaining cash from cash-dispensing machine; conforms cross-reference; provides for application of specified provisions of Labor Pool Act. Amends 448.23,.24; creates 448.26.
