Determination of Paternity; permits petition to set aside determination of paternity or terminate child support obligation; provides standards upon which relief shall be granted; provides remedies; provides that child support obligations shall not be suspended while petition is pending; provides for scientific testing; provides for amendment of child's birth certificate; repeals Rule 1.540, Fla. Rules of Civil Procedure, re relief from judgment, decrees, or orders, etc.
