Corporation; provides additional legislative intent re coverage rates provided by said corporation; specifies nonapplication of certain policy requirements in postal zip code areas lacking any competition for personal lines residential policies under certain circumstances; requires Insurance Regulation Office to periodically determine & identify postal zip code areas in which no competition exists for said policies, etc. Amends 627.351.
