GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Health Insurance/Small Employer; establishes program to make small employer health insurance contracts available to qualifying small employers & individuals; limits participation to small group carriers & requires said carriers to participate; requires approval of contracts by Insurance Regulation Commissioner; specifies required benefits under qualifying said health insurance contracts issued by said carriers, etc. Creates 627.66991,.66992.
