Restoration of Voting Rights Act; provides short title; provides findings & purpose; provides for automatic restoration of former felon's right to vote following completion of his or her sentence of incarceration & community supervision; provides conditions for & exemptions from automatic restoration; provides for education on voting rights of people with felony convictions; amends provisions to conform; provides applicability. Creates 944.294; amends FS.
