CS/SB 224: Road Rage Reduction Act

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Bennett

Road Rage Reduction Act; defines term "road rage"; requires operator of motor vehicle to yield left lane when being overtaken on multilane highway; revises number of specified acts necessary to qualify as aggressive careless driver; provides specified punishments for aggressive careless driving; provides that second or subsequent infraction as said driver requires attendance at mandatory hearing; provides for disposition of increased penalties etc. Amends FS.
