GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Webster

Supersedeas Bond; limits amount of supersedeas bond required for certain appellants; provides that party may move court to reduce said bond; provides exception to limits if appellant engages in certain conduct for purpose of avoiding payment of judgment. Creates 768.734.
