GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Education ; Webster
District School Boards/Chair; provides legislative findings; provides for alternate procedure for election of district school board chair in any school district that does not have district school board member elected at large; requires referendum & provides requirements for submitting such referendum to electors; provides for resolution of tie vote by said chair & said board members; amends provision re organization of said boards, to conform. Amends Ch. 1001.
