Inappropriate Corporal Discipline; includes allegations of criminal conduct concerning specified provision in allegations of child abuse which DCFS must refer to certain law enforcement agencies; prohibits parents, legal custodians, & caregivers from inflicting inappropriate or excessively harsh corporal discipline; provides penalties; provides applicability; provides ranking on offense severity ranking chart. Amends 39.301, 921.0022; creates 827.032.
