Employee Leasing Companies; requires that applicant for renewal license as said company have specified net worth; requires that said company make certain information available to Financial Services Dept.; requires workers' compensation insurers providing coverage for said companies to provide certain information to rating organization; requires workers' compensation coverage for leased employees, etc. Amends 468.521,.525,.529, 627.192.
