GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Sebesta
Counties/Discretionary Sales Surtax; redesignates charter county transit system surtax as charter county transportation system surtax; provides that proposal to adopt such discretionary sales surtax & create trust fund may be placed on ballot pursuant to initiative petition if county charter so provides; authorizes governing body of certain counties to levy voter-approved indigent care surtax; provides conditions, etc. Amends 212.055.
