SB 2314: Leaving Scene of Accident/Accessory
GENERAL BILL by Miller
Leaving Scene of Accident/Accessory; provides that if person maintains or assists principal or accessory before the fact, or gives offender any other aid, knowing that offender had committed offense of leaving scene of auto accident, or had been accessory before the fact, with intent that offender avoids or escapes detection, arrest, trial, or punishment, that person is accessory after the fact unless court finds that person is victim of domestic violence. Amends 777.03.
