GENERAL BILL by Education ; Webster

Charter Schools; revises purposes for which said school may be established; requires that director, governing board, & sponsor of said school take certain action if school is graded "D" or "F"; requires that DOE provide certain training & assistance to applicants for said schools; exempts said school from occupational fees; removes said schools from special academic programs provided for students from military families, etc. Amends FS.
