Florida Ballot Pamphlet Act; requires Secretary of State to be responsible for preparing & printing ballot pamphlets for statewide elections; provides pamphlet format requirements; requires Legislative Information Services Div. to prepare analyses of proposed legislation to be included in pamphlets; requires approval of analyses by committee; requires each supervisor of elections to provide notice to voters of pamphlet availability, etc. Creates 101.2601-.2611.
