GENERAL BILL by Baker
Energy Diversity & Efficiency Act; creates "Fla. Energy Diversity & Efficiency Act; provides legislative intent re siting of nuclear power generating plants; provides that act applies to building of any new nuclear power plant or expanding steam-generating capacity of any existing nuclear power plant after effective date of act; declares that state preempts siting, regulation, & certification of nuclear power plant sites & said plants, etc. Amends Chs. 403, 380.
