GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Hospital Protocol/Disaster/Emergency; requires AHCA to adopt model protocol of uniform policies & procedures for hospitals to follow in event of natural disaster or state of emergency; requires that hospitals provide shelter space for children of hospital employees who are on duty during emergency; requires each hospital in state to adopt uniform policies & procedures to be followed during emergency based on said protocol developed by AHCA, etc. Creates 395.1033.
