GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Posey

Insurance; defines insurance for debt cancellation products for purposes of Fla. Insurance Code; provides that debt cancellation products offered by financial institutions do not constitute insurance for purposes of insurance code; revises limitations on certain amounts of life insurance on debtor; revises limitation on term of credit disability insurance. Amends 624.605, 627.553,.679,.681.
