SB 2546: Public Educational Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Public Educational Facilities; clarifies that architectural design & plans for constructing new educational plants & facilities or for modifying existing plants & facilities are not subject to jurisdiction of local fire officials; authorizes district school board to request that local fire official resolve ambiguity in uniform firesafety standards re new or modified construction; requires that such assistance be provided at no cost. Amends 1013.12.
