GENERAL BILL by Klein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Miller
Seaport Security; provides legislative findings; provides that authorized seaport security personnel have full access at all reasonable hours to inspect all railroad cars, trucks, cargo containers, motor vehicles, truck & motor vehicle trailers, & vessels that are leaving or preparing to leave seaport in this state; requires each seaport to set performance measures for inspecting outbound vehicles, etc. Creates 311.126. APPROPRIATION.
