FRS/Reemployment of Retirees; authorizes district school boards & Board of Trustees of Fla. School for Deaf & Blind to reemploy retired members of system as instructional personnel after 1 month's retirement in capacity of student personnel service staff, librarian/media specialist, or other instructional staff, etc. Amends 121.091.
