Brain Tumor Research; provides legislative findings & intent; requires DOH to develop & maintain brain tumor registry; provides that individuals may choose not to be listed in registry; establishes Fla. Center for Brain Tumor Research within Scripps Research Institute; requires center to hold annual brain tumor biomedical technology summit; provides for clinical trials & collaboration between certain entities, etc. Creates 381.853. APPROPRIATION: $4,000,000.
