Special Election/Hernando County; validates all acts & proceedings had & taken in connection with special election held in county on March 9, 2004, to authorize levy of one-half-cent local option sales tax in county for purpose of providing funds to finance cost of new facilities consisting of new schools, equipment, & such improvements associated with such schools within county; declares such special election legal & valid; provides severability.
