Nursing Homes/Emergency Power System; provides legislative intent; requires AHCA to commence pilot project to increase emergency electrical power capacity of nursing home facilities by reimbursing such facilities for costs of installing permanent connection for generator & of contract for acquisition of generator when needed; provides eligibility criteria for reimbursement; authorizes agency to adopt rules. Creates 400.0627.
