CS/CS/HB 303: Dart-Firing Stun Guns

GENERAL BILL by Dick

Dart-Firing Stun Guns; defines "dart-firing stun gun" for purposes of Weapons & Firearms provisions; authorizes carrying of such gun, both openly & in concealed manner, for purposes of lawful self-defense; prohibits use of such gun against law enforcement officer who is on duty; requires training of specified officers who are authorized to carry dart-firing stun guns & who have not received dart-firing stun gun training, etc. Amends Ch. 790; creates 943.1717.
