Sexual & Career Offenders; revises definition of "institution of higher education" to include career center; revises provisions re use of prior felonies for sexual predator determination; deletes requirement for separate sentencing of prior felony for sexual predator designation; removes language allowing sexual predator or sexual offender to register at FDLE office; revises language re definition of "sexual offender", etc. Amends 775.21,.261, 943.0435, 944.606,.607.
