Student Loans/Attorneys; provides for financial assistance program administered by Justice Administrative Commission & Office of Attorney General to provide assistance to career assistant state attorneys, assistant public defenders, assistant attorneys general, & assistant statewide prosecutors for repayment of eligible student loans; provides loan assistance payment amounts; provides for funding; requires rulemaking, etc. Creates 43.45.
