Speech-language Pathology/Audiology; revises requirements for DOH in issuing provisional license to practice speech-language pathology or audiology; revises licensing requirements for applicants who graduated, or who are currently enrolled, in speech-language pathology or audiology program at university located outside of U.S. or Canada; revises requirements for person to be certified as audiology assistant, etc. Amends 468.1155,.1165,.1185,.1215.
