Continuing Care Provider/Debt; deletes property insurance premiums from certain debt service reserve requirements; deletes certain property insurance debt service reserve limitations; deletes certain additional minimum debt service reserve requirements for certain years; includes property insurance premiums in calculating expenses. Amends 651.035.
