Independent Living; requires DCFS to create pilot program in Miami-Dade Co. to provide continued foster care until participants reach age of 21 years; provides eligibility requirements; requires that circuit court select participants; prescribes services that will be continued; requires periodic administration to participants of independent living assessment tool; requires selection of cohort group for purpose of comparing results, etc. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
