GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Armed Forces/Deferred Presentment; restricts actions of deferred presentment provider under deferred presentment transaction agreement with member of United States Armed Forces or spouse of servicemember; prohibits deferred presentment provider from entering into transaction agreement with servicemember under certain circumstances. Amends 560.404.
