HB 465: Forensic Client Services
GENERAL BILL by Gibson
Forensic Client Services; provides legislative intent that such services be provided to person charged with misdemeanor as well as with felony; redefines term "court" to include county court & term "forensic client" to include person charged with misdemeanor; amends provisions re rights of forensic clients, involuntary commitment of defendant with mental illness, & involuntary commitment of defendant with mental retardation or autism, etc. Amends Ch. 916.
