JOINT RESOLUTION by Hasner
Classroom Instruction Expenditures; constitutional amendment to provide that adequate provision for education of all children residing within state's borders includes compliance with requirements for expenditures on classroom instruction; authorizes, in exceptional circumstances, school district to request from Governor temporary waiver of classroom instruction expenditure requirements, etc. Amends s. 1, Art. IX.
