Guardianship; revises info. that is required to identify professional guardian; provides that Statewide Public Guardianship Office need not review credit & criminal investigations from college or university before registering institution as professional guardian; provides that guardian, with approval of court, may amend revocable trust of property of ward; revises circumstances under which guardian may be removed, etc. Amends FS.
