Domestic Violence/Employee Leave; defines terms "domestic violence", "employer", "family or household member," & "victim"; requires that employer permit employee to take leave from work to undertake activities resulting from act of said violence; specifies activities for which employee may take leave; prohibits employer from taking certain actions against employee for exercising rights specified in act; provides recourse for violation of act, etc. Creates 741.313.
