Trust Funds; terminates certain specified trust funds within DOACS & transfers funds to other trust funds in dept.; renames trust funds within DOACS, Lottery Dept., & Administrative Hearings Div. of DMS; transfers certain accounts within Grants & Donations Trust Fund of DMS to Operating Trust Fund of DMS; requires DOH to contract with statewide nonprofit association to provide assistance to rape crisis centers; provides for distribution of funds, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 07/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
