GENERAL BILL by Galvano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth

Insurance Fraud; requires additional fee for certain offenses for purposes of reinstatement of driver's license; specifies additional circumstances for mandatory revocation of driver's license by HSMV; authorizes Insurance Fraud Div. to adopt rules for reporting suspected fraudulent activity; repeals specified provisions re future repeal of Fla. Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, etc. Amends Chs. 322, 456, 626, 627, 817, 843, 932; creates 626.9893. APPROPRIATION: $2,420,000.
