SB 536: Homestead Exemption/Taxpayers Notice

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Homestead Exemption/Taxpayers Notice; requires that each county property appraiser provide certain notice to taxpayers re potential eligibility for homestead exemption & limitations on valuation of property for purposes of tax assessments; authorizes exemption notice to be included in tax notice sent by county tax collector.
