SB 538: License Plates/DUI
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
License Plates/DUI; requires driver whose driving privileges are restricted because of violation re driving under influence to have DUI plate on any vehicle he or she operates; provides for HSMV to develop such plate; provides surcharge for plate; provides for use of such surcharges; authorizes law enforcement officer to stop vehicle bearing such plate without probable cause.
