SB 574: Eminent Domain/Limitation of Power
GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Eminent Domain/Limitation of Power; prohibits, under certain conditions, state agency, political subdivision, or corporation acting on behalf of state agency or political subdivision from taking private property through use of eminent domain; limits exercise of eminent domain authority by county, municipality, or community redevelopment agency under Community Redevelopment Act of 1969, etc. Amends 163.375.
