CS/CS/HB 627: License Plates/DUI
GENERAL BILL by Brummer
License Plates/DUI; requires driver whose driving privileges are restricted because of conviction re driving under influence to have DUI plate on any vehicle he or she operates; provides for HSMV to develop such plate; requires that person whose driving privilege has been revoked under specified provision only be granted restricted driving privileges on condition that he or she operates only vehicle that displays DUI license plate, etc. Amends 322.271.
