Nursing Homes/Emergency Power System; requires AHCA to implement pilot program to increase emergency electrical power capacity of nursing home facilities; provides conditions for reimbursement of participating facilities; permits inspections of certain facilities by agency; requires facilities to comply with current codes & standards when modifying emergency electrical power systems; requires agency to prepare reimbursement plan, etc. Creates 400.0627.
