Hospital Regulations; requires certain medical facilities to provide information about emergency contraception to victims of sexual assault; requires AHCA & Victim Services Div. of Office of Attorney General to prepare & produce information regarding said contraception; requires certain medical facilities to have training policies & procedures about use & dissemination of said contraception to victims of sexual assault. Creates 395.1019.
