K-8 Virtual School Program; establishes said program within DOE; authorizes schools to be for-profit or nonprofit entities; provides for 3-year contracts for approved schools & authorizes contract renewals; requires schools to provide each student with materials, equipment, & services necessary to receive instruction; requires schools to participate in statewide assessment program & be subject to school grading system, etc. Creates 1002.375.
