PROPOSED BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations
Public Documents; requires that each state official, agency, board, & court provide to Library & Information Services Div. of Dept. of State annual list of public documents issued by official, agency, board, or court; defines term "publication" for purposes of requirement that executive agency maintain records of certain publication costs; revises form used by each state agency for purpose of purging publication mailing lists. Amends 257.05, 283.31,.55.
