GENERAL BILL by Henriquez

Programs of DCFS; deletes provision that repeals Commission on Marriage & Family Support Initiatives; requires service provider personnel who request exemption from disqualification to submit request within certain time after notification of disqualification; prohibits dept. from issuing regular license to service provider that fails to provide proof that background screening information has been submitted, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
