Workers' Comp. Joint Underwriting; provides requirements for joint underwriting plan of insurers that operates as association; requires that market-assistance plan be periodically reviewed & updated; authorizes use of surplus funds of former plan C; extends deadline to access contingency reserves; authorizes board of association to request transfer of funds from Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 627.311.
