Trademarks; cites act as "Registration & Protection of Trademarks Act"; precludes registration of certain marks; repeals provision re reservation of mark; provides requirements for information to be contained in application for registration of mark; requires that application be accompanied by three specimens or facsimiles showing mark; provides for assignability of marks; provides for injunction in cases of dilution of famous mark, etc. Amends FS.
