High School Athletic Association to hold certain bylaws in abeyance; provides for creation of task force to review student athlete recruiting issues; provides for task force membership & duties; requires recommendations to Governor & Legislature; requires OPPAGA to conduct review of recruiting violations by said association member schools. APPROPRIATION: $60,000.
